We are partnering with Unified Asian Communities, a Maine-based nonprofit working to support and empower AAPI communities in Maine. She will meet educators and other professionals from language learning communities all along the East Coast. She will share ideas for integrating Chinese crafts with Mandarin learning in the classroom, have books for sale. and offer some free materials. This event requires registration.

Jennifer DeCristoforo will bring Lucky Bamboo Crafts to Falmouth Middle School, Maine to help celebrate ‘Year of the Dragon’. The wonderful classroom staff and librarian are planning a day-long program to share lesson plans and Chinese culture projects with their 6th-grade students.
