Visiting author offering workshops for Chinese New Year to K-1 students in Chinese Immersion public school in Hartford, CT.
Lucky Bamboo Book of Crafts will be offering Year of the Horse crafts all day.
Event also includes dance performance, traditional dragon parade, workshops and Chinese food.
