Join Jennifer DeCristoforo at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA for Lunar New Year children’s crafts from ‘Lucky Bamboo Book of Crafts’ on February 13, 2016. We will be celebrating the Year of the Monkey! This is a great event with many performances and exciting Chinese New Year festivities.
Jennifer DeCristoforo and Lucky Bamboo Crafts will offer hands-on crafts for Year of the Dragon in the museum’s MakerSpace. It is a privilege to be invited to share special Lunar New Year crafts in this fantastic, new children’s museum in Portland, Maine.
Jennifer DeCristoforo will bring Lucky Bamboo Crafts to Falmouth Middle School, Maine to help celebrate ‘Year of the Dragon’. The wonderful classroom staff and librarian are planning a day-long program to share lesson plans and Chinese culture projects with their 6th-grade students.
This is an internal school event, not open to the public.
Join Jennifer DeCristoforo and Lucky Bamboo Crafts for this Year of the Dragon Chinese New Year 2024 celebration sponsored by the Chinese & American Friendship Association of Maine. The festival includes dazzling cultural performances, workshops, delicious food, a lion dance, and of course lots of great hands-on dragon crafts for the kids! We hope to see you there!
