We will be celebrating the ‘Year of the Dog’! This is a wonderful, all-day family event with many Chinese cultural performances and hands-on activities. We will learn about the ancient Chinese history of shadow puppets. Kids will design and make puppets, build a stage, and perform a traditional Chinese legend. This is a two-session program that requires registration.

She will meet educators and other professionals from language learning communities all along the East Coast. She will share ideas for integrating Chinese crafts with Mandarin learning in the classroom, have books for sale. and offer some free materials. This event requires registration.

We are partnering with Unified Asian Communities, a Maine-based nonprofit working to support and empower AAPI communities in Maine.
