This is a wonderful gathering with authentic Chinese potluck food and a program of performances celebrating the moon.

New England 2016 National Lion Dance Competition @ Josiah Quincy School

Boston Chinatown is the host location for this exciting National Lion Dance Competition. I’m excited to be invited to bring Lucky Bamboo Crafts to the event and make crafts with the kids during the all-day competitions. It is open to the public and a great opportunity to immerse yourself in Chinese culture!

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO UPTICK IN COVID IN MAINE Join Jennifer DeCristoforo and Lucky Bamboo Crafts for this Year of the Tiger Chinese New Year celebration sponsored by the Chinese & American Friendship Association of Maine. The event includes a performance by Boston’s Chinese Folk Art Workshop and a Chinese Cultural Village with lots of exhibits and activities! We hope to see you there!
